Our Managers:

Welcome to Cascade Self Storage. As self storage evolves and owners are moving away from having managers live on site, we still believe it's important to for our managers to live on site.  

Our employees are knowledgeable and ready to assist you with your storage needs. They are happy to give you a tour of the facility and answer your questions.  

They will do their best to make your experience the best it can be. We are the storage facility with a difference—from providing you with complimentary water on a hot day, an umbrella on a rainy day, or hosting a "customer appreciation" day; we care about our occupants.

Our Cascade Self Storage facilities in Grants Pass, Medford, and Roseburg are active in their communities. We are proud supporters of a variety of local organizations.   We are active members in our local area Chambers of Commerce in Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point in Jackson County.  We are also active members in the Josephine County Chamber of Commerce, and in Douglas County we are members of the Sutherlin Chamber of Commerce. We look forward to networking with the local Grants Pass businesses.

Our Company

HCA Management is a family owned company whose only business is the ownership and operation of manufactured housing communities and self-storage facilities. The company has been in business since 1964. We have developed and acquired the communities and storage facilities for long term investment.

We believe we have the best managers that can be found. The company strives to keep our managers informed of current events, local issues and training updates in the industry.  Our managers are the primary authority in charge of the facility and we work closely with them giving them guidance and the backing they need to run the everyday operations.

We believe strongly in home, family and community. Our managers and facilities participate in community and charitable activities and events. We sponsor our Military families through event sponsorships. We proudly fly the American Flag at all our storage facilities.
